We offer two tailored service options:
Design & Implementation: A full-service, end-to-end design package that includes all three phases of our process. We manage everything from design concepts to purchasing, delivery, and styling — perfect for busy clients who want a seamless, stress-free experience.
Design Only: Includes Phases 1 and 2 (Initiation + Design). You’ll receive a complete design plan with floor plans, layouts, finishes, and furnishings so you can implement the vision on your own timeline.

Our design journey is structured in three phases:
Initiation – Starts with a complimentary coffee chat followed by a two-hour in-person consultation to define your goals and project scope.
Design – We create detailed concepts, layouts, renderings, and samples, ensuring every detail is aligned with your vision.
Implementation – We manage procurement, logistics, and installation so you can enjoy a stress-free transformation and a breathtaking final reveal.

Simply book a complimentary coffee chat. This casual conversation helps us get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see if we’re the right fit. From there, we’ll schedule your in-person consultation to dive deeper into your project.

A design consultation is a two-hour, in-home working session where Kellie shares actionable design advice for your space. If we move forward together on your design project, the design consultation will function as the jumping off point. Or, take the actionable advice from the design consultation and run with your design project from there. The choice is yours!

Coffee Chat: Complimentary!
Consultation: $375 + HST.
Design: Flat fee based on the size and scope of work (typically $20–$35 per square foot, with minimums for small projects) + HST
Implementation: 25% of the design fee + storage & delivery + HST

We primarily work in South Georgian Bay and the Greater Toronto Area. We are also open to a limited number of out-of-area projects if the scope and timing are a good fit.

Yes. If you have pieces you love or that hold sentimental value, we can incorporate them into your new design. Our goal is always to create a home that feels authentically yours, and including vintage pieces add warmth and interest to a design.

We use Mydoma Studio, an industry-leading design platform. This allows you to view and approve proposals, invoices, and selections in one place. It also includes a message center, so communication stays organized and easy.
